Hi everyone, I have an idea to create an app instead of instead of shark tank we can upload our startup idea into app and just like YouTube where people will watch and rate the content and based on the rating the VCs can take a call or connect with the person to have direct demo of product and invest in it .... Crowd funding is also available in the product where users fund for the product if they like.

Startup eco system is limited. Onboarding investers in any specific app is too hard and you need so many connections. People like you already failed with same idea

VCs don't need rating from people to take the call. Just imagine if liking a video on YouTube would cost you something, will you like the same amount of videos you are liking now when it's totally free. No right ? So let's say if you make an app and someone posts a pitch. the amount of reach it gets , or like it gets will not help in evaluating how much business revenue it will eventually make. What VCs want are numbers, if you are able to demonstrate the small scale execution, you are good to go with funding. Other thing that you said is executable about crowdfunding for startups through app. Ig there are few market players.
