Hello all, How do I rise funding from other sources except the bank and family members. My business idea is not a new and want to start a snacks manufacturing company. ( All the study and research has been done. Including market research, funds needed, etc. ) But, my family is not supporting me as they want me to continue my job and don't want to help in anyways either. They're afraid of uncertainty in income as I'm not married either. (27.... At the age of where we consider fit for the marriage) ( Their main concern is what would we tell if " kisi ladki ka rishta aayega??" " Kya bolenge ki kitna kamata he?? " As in arrange marriage, demands and expectations from girls side is high. Perticularly, in my community as they're aslo looking for visa specially PR .😞 (BTW, I've Canadian VISA but, I'm here for some reason) I don't have any savings (because, it's already occupied by the car loan). Please help me guys. 🙏

Bro why don’t you go to Canada and do it. The market here seems too cluttered. And highly competitive.

D2c is a huge opportunity rn in india. Whatever investment you need to put, put it on a great brand manager and figure out what not to market. Or is been already marketed as it is pretty cluttered. You can definitely try focusing on a more nieche focus snacking brand.

Maybe you should validate their concerns and take your ones in account and find a middle ground. It’s not very clever to go against the family as if your plan doesn’t take off, you should at least have your family you fall back to as you don’t yet have a spouse. (Which is pretty normal)
