Can any one tell what can I do if someone steals my unique startup idea and started it on its own. What if he/she just make a Ditto of my startup ?

There is very thin chances of happening. Even if it happens don't worry Even if you have shared 100 possibilities of the your business with him u will be having 101+ways possibilities. he cannot make business work better then u. Accept it as a validation and go for funding. Best of luck

If u feel stuck on ur business idea, model or the PMF concerns. I would highly recommend u to create a serious pitch deck that u would have to pitch investors. I am sure this might help u eradicate most of ur doubts.
