I failed on my first startup at 19, in college. A home service company, targeting tier 2, tier 3, cities; wasn't able to launch because we weren't able to build our app and also didn't got a right co founder, who didn't had a vision toward this idea, like I had. They also didn't had the skill to develop a app like it and the website. So, stopped it, because feeling trama, not going in a direction and you are the one forcing your co-founder to please develop the app, I don't a think startup works like that. Still hustling, stay positive.
