If someone steals the idea in showcase Then? None of them is patented

I have a start up idea but it requires some technical work, where can I find skilled people to make a prototype for me without stealing my idea ?

Won't you do a task while going on your way and get some money. Like you just have to take a medicine for someone and deliver it near your house or on your way. Likewise many more task.
