What I have realised using Social Media from the past 2 years us that 'engagement' is the king. Same applies with the SaaS or start-up as well, keep them engaged and entertainment with them. They will not forget!

Food is something Quality matters but seems like they are sill using quick commerce for food preparation as well. Definitely need a scrutiny before starting such a business. What are your thoughts on this ?
