There's tons of things I'd do differently, mostly importantly try to - Bootstrap the business & build more frugally. - Build a solid & small core team on Day 1 as opposed to over a period of years - most importantly, try & have a co-founder, it's genuinely lonely after a point being a solo founder 😅
