Bro Indian's framers are not too rich to afford drones but if you're really interested to give this to farmers of India then target a farmer unions and give them a buddle of drones and charge them fees for per 100 farmers and fix proper using time for per farmer . Hope this will help you but not scalable in India currently we need more development in this field. A
