If your parents are willing to risk it for you then there is nothing to stop you, either this will be their best investment or they'll loose their life savings , anywhichways you'll learn something new, but i would advice you to learn as much as possible about the restaurant business and then step in this quicksand , many restaurants have been consumed by this
