Get 16gb ram, and decent processor! I would prefer HP for their reliability! Don't even touch budget Lenovo! MSI modern series had been gaining traction, but I'm personally unsure! Also check if you can get M1 Apple for a good deal in second hand, that's a gem of a machine!
