I think we can also add a feature that helps to give a correct price for their service with the help of AI. It will also attract the client, and the freelancer will be able to bid a price that is good for both.

Btw if you set the line of underpay and over pay then I don't think , freelancer will be happy for this , psychologically freelance will feel they get underpaid If the price is lower from the given price , or the client will feel that they had overpaid If the price is above the given price.
