I think we can also add a feature that helps to give a correct price for their service with the help of AI. It will also attract the client, and the freelancer will be able to bid a price that is good for both.

Btw if you set the line of underpay and over pay then I don't think , freelancer will be happy for this , psychologically freelance will feel they get underpaid If the price is lower from the given price , or the client will feel that they had overpaid If the price is above the given price.

I'm trying to say that sometimes the freelancer is not able to price himself well. So it will help new freelancers to price them well.
