There are already sites available for anonymously talking but not specifically for women. Main issue is identity. You can solve it very easily just login with LinkedIn only with verified working id means companies working id. This is bit tricky but it will act as filter for identity & also to attract like wise people because If some nonsense girl wil come and create mess that's not ok for others.
