Why did GameStop not die like Blockbuster, after the release of online game stores like epic games and steam do people really go to there stores and buy games instead of buying them digitally from the comfort of their home?

Gamers are pretty loyal to something. I think most of times gamestop runs by nostalgia, you are right tho, they have a distinct brand loyalty thing, i have a few cousins there who have heard having 30+ yr old customers Even till today. Like if it’s a lil scratched you return it, it’s not like they make u pay for the whole thing. Little things like these.
