Try doing it a little tech centric, make the software easy to understand so that even lowest of the Iq person can navigate through it.

You sound based so I won’t! :) You don’t even have to be a keen observer to understand how the rapido drivers get requests for rides. Its almost ancient. Cab waale bhi karte hai bhai. Look it up if you want design specifics, is what I’d recommend!
