I had MVP in B2B Logistics industry but the margins are very less only 5%.
Can I go for this or try something to increase margins.
Basically its a marketplace like uber for trucks but in B2B segments.

How about this business idea,
Let's you tie-up with shopkeepers in your local market who are old school shopkeepers don't have knowledge of online selling, and list their products like clothing, toys, shoes, jewellery, etc.
MamaEarth's sister brand Aqualogica has its manufacturing unit in Himachal Pradesh. It takes too many days to deliver there products.
However the products are good. But they should work on it I guess. Delivery can be done early.
