From personal experience, 1. Develop Mobile app targeting western user, and add in-app purchase in it, no need for ads 2.Web development : probably a SASS or freelancer, i don't have much experience.

I would say app development or automation and devops bruh. Trust me web dev is ending very soon.

Both are very good fields. I personally think web development has more scope but overall both are very good.
