Can we build a startup which aims to provide ambulance within 10-15mins just like the groceries startup blink it and zepto? What's say?

What would be the cost of developing a app similar to zepto / dunzo and operation cost also. Building app should be first step or something else ?

We already doing 25 to 30% net margin and now we need to scale but some where we stuck .

Now they are trying very hard to buy Dunzo. But the question is- Will Reliance let this acquisition happen?

Zepto is increasing it's pass subscription from Rs1 for first month to Rs9 for second and now Rs19, they thought we wouldn't notice but we did😏, and eventually they will increase it to Rs299😳

Blinkit, Instamart and Zepto are dominating the quick commerce space, while Tata and Reliance backed players are struggling This makes me sad looking at Dunzo's position now. It was the only option and life saver during covid times.
