Bro , your idea is nice , but o don't think someone will pay EMI or pay later . Chances are low since it's new for everyone and also your cash cycle will be very long because you have to pay upfront to the hotels or rides

Why to do things by our own when can partner with a company and asking them to work for same and earning from interests, also service provider will get there payment very quickly

Do you think this is sustainable, I mean I don't think most of the owner will agree to this . Secondly you are saying you will pay interest, where you will get that , customer, then forget it , India is not ready for this , indian buy iPhone for showoff which give them status for a long time , not just for a week or month , because when someone cames after trip and show it to other , tell me how long they show off 1 month 2 month 3 month ....then occasionally, no one will ask them about their trip , but it is not in case of iPhone , maintaining status symbol is taken care by the apple company, and the Indians keep on showing off their I phone . I hope you get my point
