There is a huge market opportunity here but equally high risk.
What kind of risk?
There's no great competition right now for YouTube. Building a competition for YouTube would be Capital intensive and would have higher chances of failing.
How failing?
Building a USP for giving competition to YouTube is not very easy and feasible as the platform is close to perfect.
