Hey I am on Medial • 1y

Completed my btech in IT from a private college, in 2023 july, tried my best to keep up with changing techs and recession in IT, but still I'm currently with no offer in hand. Currently Staying away from home working in a call centre earning 7000rs, and managing studies I know I'm not a perfect candidate but neither I'm too dumb, i know MERN, tried DSA and making some projects but was never consistent due to some serious family problems, But I'm trying, can anyone guide me I genuinely want to make a change and ready to work consistently.

Bro networking is the only solution to get out of this rut. There are many people like us who have the capability to do something but not getting the chance. Don’t worry tho, if you talk to your managers, tell them how you can code and if you can get any projects from his networks, if you impress his client he will respect you, it’ll get both your professional life and future on line.

The root cause of the problem is that the college curriculum doesn't prepare you for the industry. Despite degrees, the industry doesn't find value in graduates.
