why my recent post has been deleted ? please let me know what was wrong in it ?

dear concern, let me know why my all post deleted means what is wrong with this ???

I am not able to understand anything in this app, whatever I post is deleted, what is the matter?

Can anyone say how my posts are presented to people and to whome these posts are presented. Will my post just go to my followers or is it randomly presented to people.

Respected medial team, I did 2 posts regarding sharing my technical blog and portfolio website. With links to it. The algorithm deleted my post without the submission of reason. Please look into it.

Does medial don't have "Save Post" option? If not, it can be a good feature because I was just going through a post that I may want to refer in future.
