This is not a tool that everyone need to install and use. Only the admin need to install it. Its basically an email automation tool. Many of other apps such as clickup, jira, trello etc. requires everyone inside the apps for collaboration. This projects let employees work on their existing system with email automation. The companies dont want to introduce a new system due to the leaning curve. There're many companies still working with email and their own erp alone.
