Instagram is the issue for most people so I guess here are some ways you make your screen time less 1- unfollow memes or follow only those page that provides you some value. 2- log off you account every time you exit or keep a switch account system. 3- remind yourself that you can open it only three times in a day be it morning, day, and night, one time each. 4- or install Instagram in your brother or mom's phone. And uninstall it or log off from your phone. 5- at last you can set timers but that really doesn't work.
