You are right but you have to understand that it is going to cost so much r&d. Your project is like today you want to run hyperloop in india but you can see that hyperloop is more futuristic same for jetpack if you really want to build something for flying contemporary time you can go with flying car after the planes flying car going to be next thing not jetpack atleast not next 20-30 years if you have doubts.
