There you go! 1.At first don't charge any commission let it grow then go for other sources of revenue. 2.Work a lot on UI as for a modern consumer that matters a lot. Make seperate softwares for both vendors and consumers. 3.Add the support for regional languages as most vendors are comfortable in that. 4.Blinkit and instamart rule this domain so try to hit sectors where the services are not offered by them (that'd be tough to find fs) 5.Maintain very good terms with delivery partners as they are the backbone.
