Lack of skills to execute the idea... So first someone has to spend time in learning skills... Because initially one can't hire somebody so in this case co - founder with the skillset regarding the idea can be a better choice

Yea got it. Maybe we could try a strategic partnership with some small companies in exchange of equity, if that works. For eg:- if i have to develop a tech based app, i can partner with an app dev company. Not sure about it's feasibility though, any idea?
