If u dont want to rent a shop then you can partnership with the xerox and stationary shops which are near colleges and start from there and for marketing there will be atleast one local instagram page like i live a city called Raichur and here i have a page called hungryraichurian, youthsofraichur etc they charge anywhere between 3-4k per reel which will reach 90% of local students and there you go ur marketing is also sorted later on scale you can open separate shops in ur city and places around you mainly near colleges
