Now I can see the eating habits is horrible full of packaged foods and Alcohol consumption and smoking is sky rocketing because all occasion be it from birthdays to weddings festivals and many more. So this is something doesn’t affect in short term it will damage health in long run in term or 4-6 years so this started from last 2 years and in next 3-4 years will see it’s cons. So thIs will lead to health care boom with that Heath insurance boom plus sleep is the other problem which will lead to bad mental health which push yoga sector to grow and other mental well being sector
