If I provide a platform to customers to buy watches online from either their nearest retail shop owners or since these are watches so from any best store of the country. Do you guys think it will gonna work? In crux I would say I want to make a Zomato for Watches known as WatchKhareedo.com which is in a developmental stage. What you all think challenges would be, it would be another E commerce site only I would say, but a try to bring Indian watch retailers onboard.

Won’t work. Expensive exclusive watches are bought based on trust and goodwill of the store. Premium watches are bought by trusted companies/ online stores of reputable websites. Counterfeiting would be a huge problem unless you eliminate the human interference in the end to end delivery process

Even if this has to work, why can't Zepto/Blinkit easily do it? They are already selling electronics, watches won't be a problem.
