I had recently bought a ticket from del to bom ; where as i had to travel from bom to Delhi. Easemy trip support was super super accessible and friendly and i was literally panicked. They helped me out and told me that they will refund it from their side. And not just me, I’ve heard their ceo come out and say that they have a separate corpus for miss bookings and they THEMSELVES give it out to say passengers who are genuinely in need or panicking. Since then I’ve been only using them.
