Advice by senior to junior đŸ€žđŸ» đŸ”„Programmers road mapđŸ‘‡đŸ» This isnt for switching jobs just to be better at what you do everyday. 1. Stop doing a lot of leetcode problems. But pick data structures research papers and start reading and implementing. Understand data structures and algorithms that power databases, operating systems etc. 2. Instead of watching random high level design interview solutions on YouTube, start reading engineering blogs from those companies. You will understand the design as well as the design choices. 3. Start following top open source projects. They are hidden gems for cutting edge tech, and finding top engineers to follow. 4. Proactively learn how products are built and sold. You never know how long you'll be employed, learn things which can help you monetize your skills. All this needs less than 1 hour of work everyday if you do this everyday.
