Small Step by CBSE, A Large Jump for Education System. CBSE is introducing new kind of Report card called "Holistic Progress Card". The difference between this and a normal one is that this one would not only include marks scored by students but also include feedback from the kids' friends, family and teachers. And the student will also have to rate themselves on topics like their interest, etc. This implies that this report card will show a more detailed analysis of student and a student won't totally depend on his marks. This is great move, though the method of teaching remains the same. What do you think of this. Lets Discuss!

This system will fail here, This idea is absolutely stupid, everyone will give biased answers. If a student does not get along well wirh a teacher, he/she will get bad grades. Or if a student is average in academics and his all grades by family, friends teaxhers are A+..his over-all percentage will be fabulous. WE DONT WANT TO MAKE INDIANS- AMERICANS. this is system in American schools, do you guys see their smartness? It will make our children dumb This system was implemented in around starting 2010s , and it failed as the batch passed from this system turned out to be dumb! Check internet. This systems was a smart play by Americans in India to reduce Indian students in NASA. Check Google! If you don't believe me. This system is absolutely rubbish.

Great initiative. Though being a CBSE (former) student, ik implementations take a long amount of time, teachers are not so receptive to these policies either. Especially in KVs and other govt schools
