Whatever you do, dont try to play on lowered prices..as the funded ones will kill you, if anything try to premiumize the service..that might work and focus on one play, like electricity repair or something. Find a neiche to market.

My opinion will be , at the beginning be a best in a specific service, and keep your prices very nominal, no need to premiumise at beginning of business Marketing: I think you should educate the audience for that services which your service, and also having a great after sale service, can be a very strong moat for the business . I thinks if you give them more than they had expected, then the customer will remember you longer, for example if they had booked you for service 'A' then you can give them a service 'B' as a complementary service . Focus on tier 2&3 cities and focus on area wise specific problems mostly which needs to be solved in same area resources, include as many as service

Safety is most priority and soft skills and be polite, provide a good service, accept genuine feed back.
