Look at fampay, they're doing exact thing. Indian mindset does not allow use of such apps until you get a very very well recognition. Most people in India won't use it even if it's high potential.. Maybe you could try looking at this problem in a oth

Is there any reason for them not being in your area? Like market size and stuff. Consider this. And also check the market first, if people will trust your business as it's very hard to gain trust of Indian consumers on apps related to banking and finance.
