No for college students it won't be paid if PPL want to continue on the app using office id then they would have to pay a small amount.And confession pages not many use them,if people use Instagram it would be primarily for reels. So basically first four years i.e until their college id is active it will be free but once they graduate if they want to continue they would be required to pay a small amount but this time their feed would have exclusive professional posts.

Yes I understood your point what I am saying is Indian customer base is more on the convenience side the Instagram thing is a probable competition for you which won't allow to grow it further that's what I think so like u should start but test the market first if it takes off then only try n invest more money n time or just don't there are many simple businesses which can help u create a decent cash flow.
