Getting a good team
I agree. Hard to get people who are on the same page and who get your vision. One way of getting the people who align with you is by SHOWING YOUR WORK. Do read the book show your work by Austin Kleon. Put your work, journey and the progress being made out on social media platforms. The people who are Interested with your work will reach out to you. People who don’t, well they are not for you anyways.
