I have this idea of a edtech startup which is based on rewarding which motivates The learner to indulging in education and earn valuable rewards, since its a era of internet there would be a demand for edtech in learning softskills gonna boom in future and i have this perfect idea and a strategy to reach and i am looking for a person who can help me with technical that includes web developing , ux/ui etc and i am from Bangalore

In this kind of system people try to find loophole to exploit reward. Reward system doesn't work for a longer period of time and isn't that scalable
