Hello Mr. Rohan, Founder of GEEANI, It's Prajal here, You should conduct a reality check before you put a blame on any startup founders... How can they send a legal notice to us....when they only approached us and requested us to run a crowdfunding campaign on their platform...We already had 3 term sheets of far more value than the amount raised through TYKE.... But just because they told by us that there is no equity dilution and its also a kind of marketing trick for us to get the market survey.....so we discussed with the board of investors who gave us the term sheet by that time....mutually agreed and ran an campaign....Tyke's executive informed us that you need to give return only if it generates revenue....we did'nt sold a single product...you know how hard is to start a company with a competitive product and withstand the bigger players in the same industry....we were not getting proper responses for the necessary approvals required to commercialise the product...and that was due to the influence of one of key player in the same sector.....we did everything to launch it on our own....because TYKE fundraise, all the investors backed off, funds exhausted, still we are the founders who knows how to hustle and get everything on track.....after struggling this much...suddenly we get offers for acquisition and IP transfer from same key player....then we got to know the reality....and now the acquisition deal is about to close very soon.... So all the investors will get their refund with additional benefits.... But the way you people write without even knowing real scenarios and struggles founders go through...it's really shameful.... Who filed a case against whom...?? Visit their website and go through their Investment risk policy for the investors.... They can't take any legal actions against us....infact I can take...I can file a defamation case against all the people who are blaming us that we are fraud....and just continuing shit talks... I didn't wanted to argue with any one from the Tyke's team....because they were not responding properly....So i just focused on getting everything on track.... What if I would have failed... because of the mental pressure which I was facing at that time....you are considering your investment only...what about the 5 years of constant hard work and then instead of getting appreciation, I was getting the threats and mental trauma.... Just stop doing this non-sense things...atleast go for a reality check before blaming.... If founders will go for giving the clarifications for all the arguments going on in social media.....Founders lose focus....then you will not be able to see any innovations in India... Go and check the history of any company founder who didn't faced any allegations or blames in their beginning.... And do you know why....Some people are sitting like crabs....then don't want to work, they just want to dream...and earn a easy money and fame....so they just start gossiping about anyone who is working damn hard to live their dreams....
