What’s something that pushes you to stop being a sloth and get stuff done? For me, in full disclosure, self-shaming and humiliation works well. I find myself to be much more productive in an environment where I’m surrounded by people who are also working like cafes but cannot seem to send that important email/make that important presentation when i’m home alone. I used to scroll reels endlessly feeling like I’m a time traveler going from day to night but then one day while i was home alone scrolling reels i just looked at the open door of my bedroom and visualised myself standing there looking at me lying down the way i was and holding my phone and just being a waste of space and it immediately made me shut it and get going. Maybe if you don’t have such a vivid imagination and aren’t into shaming yourself to do things, just try asking yourself “what was the last reel you watched about“ while you scroll through them. Probably won’t even remember It.

I think gone are the times, where you could just copy paste a western idea in India. The next best businesses in India will be built by chasing India first insights and chasing vertical categories

Copy Western idea tavi khatam ho geya tha jab laundry startups fail hone lag gayee... Or I don't think so TATA, Adani, Reliance, Birla Or kuch chor ke koyi vi company india first approach dekha rahi he... ( me yeha pe Fintech ko nahi jor raha hu).
