The logo look very stock and early 2000 and also not refined(The curves), its not necessary to use stethoscope, its not prominent and in smaller sizes it wont be that visible, so its a Digital medical record Storage For isers so it should convey mor

Again this is just one approach, and there are several, in future if you want to add more services then this wont be relevant , a simple text logo would suffice(like practo)
