Hey my parents are farmers and kinda me too... Indian agriculture depends 3 factors
1) Government policy (33%)
2) market rates (33%)
3) nature/weather (33%)
If all 3 works in favour of farmer then you can say farmer is making profit over it's crops
Bro am interested in vertical farming but doing the same in an large land be tough difficult while meeting the demand in market, anything in farming is profitable while it's done on large scale
I have land in my Village where Paddy grown in large scale and I want to start Rice Mill for processing of Basmati rice is this idea feasibile.

If you or your parents are living in City and have your farming land in village.
How do you manage it.
If you have given it to someone else, how satisfied are you from their work?
It is advised in business that " differentiate first your product or service and then scale later".
Because after scaling if we want to differentiate then it is tough and if we scale without differentiation then there is lot of cashburn required.
