Tier 1 cities are sure hit if the facility strategically located. As im from tier 2 city from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh i wanted to start in a manner that everything will be gradually upgraded over a time frame. Basically On the funding part I definitely agree with you. I have a great opportunity for age group of people 20-30 to grab attention here, in our city and nearby other places in ~30-40km surroundings. We have lots of colleges or training institutes in our city and even we love weekends. In Andhra Pradesh these kind of Moto Adventure Parks are very less or very rare to say.. but I see a large segment of people from Andhra Pradesh are going to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai for off-road tracks which available for rental basis right. I hope this space is neglected and there no encouragement. In coming future Andhra Pradesh is definitely going to directly compete with Hyderabad.
