Can somebody guide me to create an app where people can invest in startup, stocks ( listed and unlisted shares) And art ( precious art like luxurious watches, antique) all in one app.

Both options u mentioned here are totally different markets and cater to different types of client, I would suggest you to do thorough market research of each one and enter the one with more potential in Indian market

In india people dint have idea why art is a precious thing and making it affordable it should be done in same app so then only investment will get diversified or else it will be flop 😫

It's okay to create 2 different app and is for art where you can aution and make investment through digital process and one app is for stocks and like mutual funds to invest in startup in different sector theme like we have theme for all different different sector in smallcase

So you would have to educate people of India about preciousness of art and change their mindset that it can be perceived as investment, changing people's mindset to spend money on something that they don't find value is very difficult task by any means. Not demotivating you but just telling the reality. Even zerodha has investment in stocks and mutual fund but they had to create 2 different applications for that even though they work in same ecosystem.
