Stop "normalizing" average.
No company wants to hire an average employee.
No entrepreneur wants an average business partner.
No wife wants an average husband (and vice versa).
Be great.
Either solve the problems of a few rich people or a lot of poor people.
But don't get stuck in between trying to sell average products at average prices to average people.
Before: You’re the average of the company you keep.
Now: You’re the average of the content that influences you.
