Hmm, since you asked, I think from the perspective of us customers, this is genuinely a good idea, but from the perspective of your business and healthcare providers, I am seeing some shortcomings. I think your prime customer will be healthcare folks but consumers will be people like us. So B2B2C. Here, you have to take the feedback of these medical folks to understand how excited they are to onboard this idea, since its an extra hassle and they need to be incentivized. Usually, what I think happens is that, they will provide me my docs and maybe keep a database regarding the same in online mode. In your model, since there is no physical docs being shared, healthcare folks will have to be much more protective of the data and spend on tech since its all connected. So they can show resistance. Because they'll feel, they can just email the docs. So, incentives while managing your margins will be important here.
