1. Finding out the right model: You want to manufacture it yourself or outsource it and white label it. 2. If manufacturing in house, select the right source of bringing in fresh fruits. If outsource, find out entities who do so. 3. Once above is decided, try to to bring in any USP: Low fat, sugar free, unique pricing, for kids, for adults, alcoholic, wacky marketing, etc. 4. Reach out to customers, take their feedback, incorporate them and again go out to the market. 5. Spend some time and resources on bringing your juice right in front of potential customers. You can research more on this part. 6. Manage inventory of raw material and finished goods in the best possible manner. Manage your debtors days, creditors days and inventory days in the best possible manner. The lowest inventory day and debtor day possible, the better it is. Thats it!
