Hello, Even I'm trying to make the same but later changed my mind and steering my wheels towards another thing, but what i suggest you is: 1) Make it fully digital, like they can book times through your app or something and visit. 2) Don't be the old style cyber gaming cafe, instead try introducing with new tech gaming facilities, allow them to stream. 3) Add new games regularly. Also what I suggest it, for the investment you'll be doing the price should be atleast ₹150 per hour. Also if you want even more ideas on this itself you can text me.
