Would it be helpful for having ngo/ corporation controlling major land like how mutual funds work the the investors(public) money is used as a big corporate investment in company would this work in famrs as controlling major land so that the work can be efficient and more profitable in as Indians have less land per ownership it would not be efficient. I was considering the Soviet approach to farming and then seeling it through a corporate as they can have good influence on government policies What do think would it work in India in USA it's not comunized but the owners own 500-1000+ acres of land ?
