Mistakes made by Entrepreneur 1) Machine Gun vs Sniper :- Entrepreneurs focus on every thing like Machine gun you should focus on one thing like a Sniper 2) Friends are Enemies :- In the beginning, you mostly Hire friends and family later it has a many problems with it 3) Lack of Radical Candor :- Most people show compassion, and show love to employees but instead you should show Tough Love !!!! 4) Family vs Sports Team :- You don't want team of your loved ones, you need a team of Sports Players who drives your organisation 5) Happy Go Lucky Attitude :- Most of People have Happy go Lucky Attitude, which is not applicable in Business 6) Don't letting People Ears Bleed !! :- You should always talk about your great vision, Repeat your vision with your Employees
