Now the govt. Is trying to do the same , (in default) so I don't think so your idea will be good . Infact maybe you will shut down your app till next year

Nice. But try to optimise it as Truecaller takes a lot of mobile resources as it detects a incoming call. Usually I have seen many phone getting hang as a call is received.
